I'm from Sweden and there is a rule here. You have to by law have a fixed home adress. I think I would love to live a Van life, but it will be impossible with that adress. US doesn't have those rules?

I've done a lot of car camping here in NZ. Each town can have different thoughts about car campers, and if you don't have a definite route planned out it's often just too much trouble to determine at night. BUT, as long as you are neat and tidy, information centres are usually set up for people to have a sleep before moving on. They often have toilets as well. Rest areas on major rural motorways are also good and also often have toilets and you can replenish your water supply. Some even have RV waste disposal areas.(To save you from tipping biological waste as you travel). Local information centres are great for recommending low cost camping areas for between $10-$20 a night if you'd like a shower.(I carry a camping solar shower which works great if you're remote). There is so much to see in NZ that every day on the road is wonderful once you've mastered the basics.

Absolutely incredible just found your channel today I wish I would have found it sooner but things happen for a reason I've been looking at camper trailers lately I'm going to dive in myself and do basically the same thing or at least try I've been interested for many years very informational very inspirational I'm on the East Coast though Long Island New York I'm thinking of taking a trip Tennessee where there is unrestricted land and you can homestead The things you say about permanent and impermanence really hit home excellent work absolutely love it

He may have been a security guard patrolling the area. Maybe there were break ins recently? Maybe people complained about stealth campers? He may have driven next to and parked in front of you to let you know he’s watching. Same with the other vehicle. I used to work at night and would sit in my car to eat dinner at odd hours, and I had encounters with police and security guards who behaved similarly. Glad you’re ok!

I think you are really making progress on the guitar, nice work! A cabin in the woods (or a tree house) sounds amazing. I never thought of living in a rainy environment as beneficial for work but it makes sense. I left a rainy/cloudy/dreary environment many years ago (MI) to out West (CO) where the sun shines most of the time. I've been in Utah for 4 years now and if I were to wait for a rainy day, I'd be waiting a few weeks or months 😄 Thanks for the great videos and insight.

Have the same Genius jumper. You gotta hold down the button on the right to put it in boost/jump start mode. Otherwise it's just supplying 12V at low amperage. Never enough to jump start. Had mine for 6 years. Probably jump started truck and car 20 times with it. Always worked 1st time. Just needs to go into Jumpstart mode (it clicks repeatedly when it's in jump start mode). I can get about a dozen jumps of a charge.

I pick up garbage where I stay. I feel better and so does my spot. It’s even better when I don’t have to pay to throw it away.
